Radio Go Daddy zips through a crash course in Speed Reading with The Literacy Company

January 10th, 2007

Started in 2005, Radio Go Daddy is the Internet home to Go Daddy CEO and Founder, Bob Parsons, his crew and an always-fascinating line-up of guests.

Radio Go Daddy selected Richard Sutz, CEO and founder of Scottsdale, Arizona based The Literacy Company, for a live on air interview with Bob Parsons because, according to Parsons, "reading quick and understanding is one of the most important skills anyone can have."

The Literacy Company, founded in 1996 by Richard Sutz, has dedicated years to research and development of The Reader's Edge Software. The Literacy Company is committed to supporting every reader as they strive to achieve their full reading potential.

In the interview, Sutz sums up several millions of dollars of research in one sentence: "We teach people to unlearn habits of slow readers; learn the habits and skills of rapid readers." With The Literacy Company's award winning software, The Reader's Edge, "We teach people with a single eye fixation to see a group of words, a unit of meaning."

According to Sutz, "Speed reading is not just speed reading alone. Speed reading without comprehension and retention, we feel is not reading."
