Shipping to the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. We ship our programs using USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. International shipping uses USPS - International mail. Delivery times for international shipments depend on foreign shipping requirements and ranges from 3 to 10 business days.

The Reader's Edge software is available in three edition. The Basic edition allows the program to be installed on one computer. The Pro edition allows the program to be installed on any two computers of your choice. The Network edition allows the program to be installed on one computer acting as a server. The number of users allowed to register the program is limited to 3 with the Basic edition. User of the Pro and Network Editions can register an unlimited number of users on each computer the program is installed on. For more information, refer to the Pricing & Features page.

Yes, it is safe to use your credit card when placing orders. To see if our web site is secure, when in the checkout stage of your order look on the bottom of your web browser and you will see a closed padlock indicating a secure site.

We only recommend that users with a high-speed Internet connection select the Download delivery method as the download is ~20MB. If you don't have a high-speed Internet connection we recommend selecting the CD delivery method during the checkout process.

Our return policy is easy... If you don't at least double your reading speed within 30 days from the date of purchase then simply contact us and we will refund your full order amount including any applicable shipping and handling charges.
